Audi F103 Series

The F103, in its several declinations isa motor vehicle of medium class produced fromthe Audios between 1965 and 1972.

Derivative from the DKW F102, from which it differed above all in least aesthetic particular (in the facade, that it had that instead round rectangular beacons) and in the motor, a classic 4 cylinders to 4 times (rather than tricilindrico to 2 times), the F103 was the first model to bring back the German brand while still alive Audios.

Classic sedan was one 3 volumes with 2 or 4 doors, front-wheel drive, manual change to 4 marce, longitudinal front motor, suspensions to 4 independent wheels and refraining system mixed.

Before the series to being launch it was Audios 72, moved from 4 cylinders fed from 1 single carburetor of 1696cc from 72cv. On the Italian market, where the car did not obtain great consents, it came more imported the single sedan to 4 doors (appreciate our public).

In 1966 the 72 left the place to Audios 80, with upgraded motor 79cv. The 80, beyond that in the classic configuration sedan to 4 doors, he was available in the Variant version, that is station wagon to 2 doors. At the same time to the 80 it came launch the Super Audios 90, with motor upgraded to 90cv, thanks to the feeding bicarburetor and an light increment of piston displacement to 1760cc.

In 1967 it came introduced also Audios 60, in the versions sedan and Variant, with motor of piston displacement reduced to 1496cc (60cv).
